Hey guys, I am starting 8th grade basketball some time and I’m looking for a good pair of shoes. Price isnt really a problem at all, I have had Air Jordan 23’s last season which I love and before that I had Chauncey TS Lighspeeds, T-Mac 4s, Iverson Pumps, and The Original D-wades. I am a Point Guard and my school colors are Purple white and black although I dont really want them colors. Any ways I kinda like the Chinese exclusive CP3.ii but there Chinese Exclusive……

i’m 16 and i always have to things i’m torn between before halloween.
this year i either want to be a cheerleader or a punk rock star.
i like to make my costumes so
for the puck rocker i would wear:
ripped up fishnets or leggings.
my tight turquoise mini skirt.
a bright tank top with a ripped up black top.
black boots.
black nail polish.
fake eyelashes.
bright red lipstick. (i pull it off)
black eyeshadow, eye liner and mascara.
and some fake tattoos.
and some kind of gloves or arm warmers

and for a cheer costume i’d wear
a white turtle neck with a red tank top and i’d actually embellish the tank top with white and blue electric tape its alot cool than it sounds haha
anyways i’d buy a red pleated skirt and embellish it with the tape.
and i still have so red white and blue pom poms from cheer.
and i’d wear my white shoes and socks.

i dont think i spend that much on my clothing i just like to have nice good quality clothing
im not spoiled rotten at all i get really good grades in school and i help around my house and i do charity work

i’m an italian living in Italy (fashion capital of the world) and i’ve been growing up with D&G,Gucci,Armani etc since everybody wears those brands and u see them everywhere in the shops…and yea i think that they are lame since people dont buy them cuz they are beautifull but only cuz there is a Brand on it and to show off that they have money…cuz if that Gucci bag were to be the same without the little G on it…i think u would have never bought it…..
american eagle in italy is for losers…is the cheap brand u buy at the markets…hollister and pacsum are ok even though totally random related to the designers one…
In my opinion i like stuff like H&M,Converse,Evisu,Pull and Bear,Tokidoki,Pharmacy Industry and Pa:nuu
u prolly wont find these brands in US, they are mostly in EU
After said that i think that ur style doesn’t depend on what u dress, but on how u dress…come looking at Italian teen girls, u will know what i’m talking about
PS yea not many girls in US have 7000 dollars shoes…thank god since i think it’s a shame paying 7000 dollars on a pair of shoe whan kids die in africa for hunger….(anyways in EU lots of people do have 7000 dollars shoes)

ok now that i am in high school theres a lot of cute girls and i want girls to like me so i got a fresh tape(fade) and my dad gave me a cologne that he dosent use. what else do i do know to get girls to like me?? we have uniforms to but its not strict its like a red white or blue polo with black pants or jeans and khaki pants. so what else should i do to get girls to like me?? i seen guys that have these surfer necklace and i think they look cool do girls like these and what type do you suggest i get?and any other things. honey, I am 24 and let me tell you that no matter what you wear, a girl will not like you unless you are funny, confident, smart, respectful of her body and mind, and you can be yourself and do what YOU like while being kind and empathetic to the people around you. That HS attitude of I need to be ‘cool’ is loserville. sorry. the best way to be cool? try not to be! seriously, just be you, as you want to be. your current attitude of trying to wear what the other guys are wearing so girls will like you is a shallow turn off. Try discovering your real interests, get involved in some important issues, add some substance to your character. If you are confident and REAL girls will come to you.

Jordans are prolly the best brand if u wanna spend a pretty penny.

Ima point gaurd too andNike huarache and elite are also two good shoes for less. They both have good ankle support and are light.

I wouldnt be able to pick you out of a line up of girls/woman between the ages of 14-30 b/c you just described what most women in america wear!

I’ve asked some other questions about what bball shoes i should get before but i’ve had a wide variety of answers, alot of stupid ones, like ‘they dont help u on ur game’ and saying stuff like that. I need adults bball shoes because im looking for size 9 or 10s. I want ones that aren’t too expensive and that are good for jumping and stuff.

The shoes i’ve narrowed it down to are:
Nike Hyperdunk $110
AND1 Jumpstart Mid $90
Nike Shox BB4 $138
Nike Zoom Kobe IV $120
Jordan Melo 1.5 $100/$120
Protege A3H $35
Nike Shox Leapers $60

These are the ones that i’ve found that are best suited to me so far and look good… Could You please give me advice on which ones to choose and if those prices are correct..and also where can you buy them? Im in Australia btw. Thanks VERY much in advance!!
i no basktball shoes dont help u with ur game but it helps instead of wearing dunlop volleys where u can hurt ur ankle in them and the bottom of ur foot because of the bad sole, i just want a good shoes that will prevent that but also has the extra features like good lift and extra support and stuff…ok?

So all this simply my opinion but i have played a ton of bball and do consider myself something of a sneaker head so…. I would start by eleminating the and 1’s and the protege’s. I have never liked And 1’s much but thats just my opinion. Although to be fair the jumpstarts are my fav and 1. The melos are ok. Nothing speacial but still pretty nice shoes. So if we are down to the nikes, i would knock out both the shoxs. Ill admit that they do look kinda cool but the shocks themselves are nothing more than unneccissary plastic, which makes them heavy. If im picking from this list, its down to hyperdunks or kobes. Both are excellant shoes. Both are exceptionally light, technically the kobs are lighter but by so little it doesnt matter… As i said, both are great shoes, but the kobes are low cut while the hyperdunks are pretty high. I guess this comes down to personal preferenve but no matter what anyone says, higher cut shoes always offer more ankle protection than lower ones. The only reason kobe plays in low cuts is because he tapes his ankles everyday. If you are prepared to do this/ ankle braces then i say do the kobes. but if you are lazy like me, do the hyperdunks. And judging by your question and the fact that you are asking, it doent seem like you are playing incredibly seriously(like collage level or something).
Go with the Hyperdunks. They are popular and it may seem like everyone has them but its for a good reason.
